Begyndte mit arbejdsliv i 1993 og har arbejdet som underviser, forsker, konsulent og leder.


Er lektor ved Center for Ledelse og Forvaltning,

Professionshøjskolen Absalon. Her underviser jeg i styring, ledelse, forvaltning, økonomisk styring, administrativ metode og politologi (herunder politisk filosofi). Og forsker i ledelse, forvaltning og styring. Jeg arbejder bredt i forhold til velfærdssamfundet, men sundhedssystemet har min særlige interesse. Er politisk aktiv og har bl.a. været folkevalgt lokalpolitiker.
